China has resurfaced 158 kilometers of highway using only drones and robots, marking a significant advancement in infrastructure technology. Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras surveyed the highway to identify areas needing repair, while autonomous robots executed the resurfacing work with precision.

This project greatly improved efficiency and speed, completing the work much faster than traditional methods, thus minimizing traffic disruptions. The use of robots also enhanced safety by reducing human involvement on-site and ensured high-quality results that decrease future repair needs.
